Refund Policy

Every new workspace gets 7 days of full access. A payment method is added at the start of the trial and is charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Use the trial to confirm the product does what you need. Because of the trial, we generally do not give refunds simply for not having used a paid period.

Subscriptions renew automatically each year. You can cancel any time from the billing page to stop the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel before each renewal and because the renewal date is shown in the app. If a renewal charged after you had already cancelled, or within a day or two of a cancellation you can evidence, contact us and we will make it right.

We will also consider a partial or full refund, at our discretion, where:

• the Service was unavailable for a prolonged period during your paid term due to a fault on our side;
• you were charged in error, or double-charged;
• a required consumer-protection law in your country gives you a refund right.

Removing a member frees their seat for reassignment to someone else within your term at no extra charge; we do not pro-rate or refund unused seats.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal. You can also raise a refund request directly with Lemon Squeezy using the receipt they email you.

Email kim_abdalian@yahoo.com from the address on the account, with the workspace name and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
