One plan, billed once a year, priced per seat. Start with 3 seats, then add or remove seats one at a time as your team changes. Seats are reassignable for the whole term — when someone moves on, the next person takes their seat at no extra cost.
First subscription is a 3-seat minimum ($2,500 / year). After that, add or remove seats one at a time from the billing page — each change is pro-rated to your renewal date. 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you’re not charged.

Your seat count is the cap. Remove or deactivate a member and the seat frees immediately — invite a replacement any time in the term with no extra charge.
Card and PayPal, processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT and sales tax where it applies and appears on your statement.

Questions
- What if my team grows?
- Add seats one at a time from the billing page — click "Add seat". Each seat is $833/year, pro-rated to your existing renewal date so everything renews together.
- What if someone leaves mid-term?
- Remove them from Settings and the seat frees at once — assign it to the next person whenever you like at no charge. If you want to stop paying for the seat, drop the seat count on the billing page (down to the 3-seat minimum); the unused portion is credited to your next invoice.
- Can I have more than one workspace?
- Yes. Each workspace has its own subscription so you can keep clients or business units apart.
- What happens if payment fails?
- You keep access during a short grace period while Lemon Squeezy retries the card. Update the card from the billing page to clear it.
- Do you offer refunds?
- See the Refund Policy. In short: the free trial is there to evaluate the product before you pay, renewals are non-refundable once they charge, and we review other refund requests case by case.
- Is my data locked in?
- No. Export everything to CSV or PDF at any time, including during the trial and after cancelling.
Prices are exclusive of any VAT or sales tax, which Lemon Squeezy adds at checkout where required. Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
